Frank Stevens has been with Taylor Miller
since 1980 and a partner in the
firm since 1987. A Chicago native, he
received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Northwestern University in
1976 and
his Juris Doctor degree, with honors, from DePaul University in 1980.
He
was admitted to the Illinois Bar in 1980 and is a member of the Federal
Trial Bar of the United States District Court for the Northern District
of
Illinois.
Mr. Stevens is on the panel of arbitrators for the American Arbitration
Association. He is a member of the Chicago Bar Association, for which
he has
served as Chairman of the Trial Techniques Committee, Director of
Continuing
Legal Education and Vice-Chairman for the Young Lawyers Section. Mr.
Stevens is also a frequent lecturer for Chicago Bar Association
functions. He is
also a member of the Illinois State Association.

Mr. Rohm joined Taylor Miller in 1991 and
became a partner in
1996. A
native of Evergreen Park, Illinois, he
received his Bachelor of Science degree from Drake University in 1987
and his
Juris Doctor degree, with honors, from Drake University Law School in
1990. He was admitted to the Illinois Bar in 1990 and is a member of
the Federal Trial Bar of the United States District Court for the
Northern
District of Illinois. He is also a chair-qualified
arbitration panelist in the Cook County, Illinois, Mandatory
Arbitration Program
and is a member of the Chicago, Illinois State and American Bar
Associations.

Ralph
W.F. Lustgarten

Mr. Lustgarten has been with Taylor Miller since 1965 and and was a partner in the firm
from 1980 through 2009. A native of
Wilmette, Illinois, Mr. Lustgarten received his Bachelor of Arts degree
from Northwestern University in 1959 and
his Juris Doctor degree from Northwestern in 1962. He was
admitted to the Illinois Bar in 1963 and is a member of the Federal
Trial Bar
for the United States District Court for the Northern District of
Illinois. Prior to joining Taylor, Miller, he served as a law clerk for
Illinois Appellate Justice John T.
Dempsey from 1963 to 1964.
Mr. Lustgarten is a chair-qualified arbitration panelist in the Cook
County,
Illinois, Mandatory Arbitration Program. He is also on the panel of
arbitrators for the American Arbitration Association. He is a member of
the Chicago Bar Association, for which he has served as Chairman of the
Insurance
Law Committee and acts as a frequent lecturer on various insurance
related
matters. He is also a member of the American Bar Association and its
Tort
Insurance Practice and Law Practice Management Sections and a member of
the
Illinois State Bar Association and its Insurance Law Section. Mr.
Lustgarten's other
memberships include the Society of Trial Lawyers, the Illinois Trial
Lawyers Association, the
Illinois Defense Counsel and the Defense
Research Institute.
