Daniel Fritz attended Northwestern University and earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science in 1985. While at Northwestern, Mr. Fritz was a member of the varsity swim team and water polo club. Mr. Fritz attended law school at the University of Illinois at Champaign-Urbana and earned his Juris Doctor in 1988. Following law school, Mr. Fritz practiced first in Rockford, Illinois before joining Taylor Miller LLC in 1990. Following a desire for litigation involving jury trials, he has focused his practice on civil litigation involving the defense of personal injury claims and insurance law. Mr. Fritz is active in the Chicago regional area and has successfully tried many cases to verdicts in Cook, DuPage, Kane, Will, Winnebago and Lake Counties.
Mr. Fritz earned his law degree in 1988 and was admitted to the Illinois State Bar that year and the Federal Bar for the Northern District of Illinois in 1989. He is also a member of the Federal Trial Bar. He is a member of the American, Illinois State, and Chicago Bar Associations. Mr. Fritz practices at the Taylor Miller offices in Chicago and Naperville. In addition to his professional activities, Mr. Fritz actively participates in open water swimming and marathon running.
