Mr. Adams has been with Taylor Miller since 1980. Born in Evanston, Illinois, he received
his Bachelor of Science degree, with honors, from the California
Institute of
Technology in 1966, his Master of Education degree from the University
of
Illinois in 1973, and his Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, from
Northwestern
University School of Law in 1977. He was admitted to the Illinois Bar
in
1977 and is also admitted to practice before the United States District
Court
for the Northern District of Illinois and the United States Court of
Appeals for
the Seventh Circuit. Mr. Adams practices in the areas of corporate,
insurance and
estate planning law. He is a member of the Chicago, Illinois State and
American
Bar Associations.

Lincoln, Nebraska, he
received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Northwestern University in
1985 and
his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Illinois,
Champaign-Urbana, in
1988. He was admitted to the Illinois Bar in 1988 and is a member of
the Federal Trial Bar of the United States District Court for the
Northern
District of Illinois. Mr. Fritz is a chair-qualified arbitration
panelist in
the Cook County, Illinois Mandatory Arbitration Program and is a member
of the
Chicago, Illinois State and American Bar Associations.
